“A passion of mine is working with children. Bright grinning faces, and the sparkle in small innocent eyes can bring a smile to my face every time. Every day is different. I love it when the children call my name and need help or just to tell me a story”.

Robyn has spent 25 years in the childcare industry with 22 of those years being with PCYC. She has a diploma and advanced diploma in child services and has been with FDC for the past last 3 years.

In 2013 Robyn won the Zonta Woman of Achievement Award for her volunteer work with Mount Isa PCYC. PCYC Manager, Sergeant Gina Scott said in her nomination Ms Caslick had logged an estimated 23,000 hours of voluntary time at the organisation in the past 16 years, which equated to around four hours per day on top of her rostered time.
